Johanis Bonilla
State-licensed Athletic TrainerJohanis Bonilla, MS, ATC, LAT is a certified and state-licensed Athletic Trainer specializing in orthopedic sports medicine. She serves as a physician extender with Team CAP to provide comprehensive care to athletes and active individuals. In her role, Johanis assists in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and rehabilitation, helping to ensure a seamless continuum of care from initial injury through recovery. She serves as a clinical liaison for Fordham University, Mercy University and the Hackley School.
Johanis earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Rutgers University, followed by a Master of Science in Athletic Training from Seton Hall University. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Physical Therapy at Neumann University, further expanding her expertise in the management of musculoskeletal injuries.
Her clinical experience spans high schools, universities, and elite athletic environments, including rotations at the Stuart Country day School, Old Bridge High School, Westfield High School, Monmouth University, and the United States Military Academy at West Point. She has also provided per diem coverage for collegiate and club-level tournaments in soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, basketball, and track and field. Fluent in English and Spanish, with working proficiency in Portuguese, she brings a strong multicultural perspective to patient care and education. She is a passionate Philadelphia Eagles fan and of Barcelona FC.
A native of New Jersey, Johanis remains committed to fostering the health and performance of athletes at every level. Her blend of clinical expertise, hands-on experience, and passion for sports medicine make her a valued member of Team CAP.

Kelly Fallon
Certified Physician AssistantKelly Fallon, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant specializing in Orthopedic Sports Medicine. Kelly joined Dr. Popkin and his team at Columbia Orthopedics in 2021. She plays an essential role in providing comprehensive care to athletes and active individuals of all ages. Working alongside Dr. Popkin, she ensures patients experience a seamless journey from diagnosis through recovery. Her dedication to patient education and injury prevention makes her a trusted resource for families and athletes alike.
Kelly earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Thomas Jefferson University, graduating as valedictorian. She stayed at Thomas Jefferson and completed her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Her passion for sports medicine stems from a lifelong interest in athletics and helping people return to the activities they love. With a particular interest in pediatric and adolescent athletes, she is committed to advancing safe return-to-play practices and long-term joint health.
Originally from Colts Neck, New Jersey Kelly now resides in Nyack. Outside of her clinical practice, she enjoys working out, skiing and golfing, activities that reflect her commitment to an active and balanced lifestyle. Her combination of advanced clinical training and genuine compassion allows her to deliver personalized, high-quality care to patients of all ages.

Tiffany Marte
Office CoordinatorTiffany Marte is the Office Coordinator and the heart and soul of Team CAP. Often described as the glue that keeps the practice running, Tiffany ensures that every patient and family feels supported from the moment they walk through the door. She manages the day-to-day operations of the office, coordinates scheduling, and serves as the primary liaison between patients, providers, and staff. Tiffany makes it happen.
Her organizational skills, attention to detail, and compassionate nature allow the clinical team to deliver seamless care. Tiffany is deeply committed to patient experience—she takes pride in helping families navigate the healthcare process with ease, answering questions, and creating a welcoming environment.
Beyond her administrative expertise, Tiffany embodies the culture of teamwork. She is a trusted resource for staff and patients alike, always going above and beyond to make sure everything flows smoothly. Her dedication, warmth, and steady presence make her an indispensable member of Team CAP.
